Every allowlist spot in Heropolis lives on-chain as a key. No spreadsheet row, no Discord role, no screenshot. If the key is in your wallet, the spot is yours.

Both keys mint for free. The key you hold changes your timing, never your price. Keys are transferable, so you can move one to a different wallet and mint from there.
How we kept the farms out
Our raffle sheet crossed 27,000 wallet entries. Most of them were never people. Mass-generated handles, wallets with no history, submissions landing on a timer. Here is what we did about it before a single key went out.

No public claim page
There was never a button to race. Keys were sent directly to wallets, so speed and scripts bought nobody an advantage.

Every wallet read on-chain
Entries were checked against wallet history and funding patterns, not follower counts. Empty burners funded from one source stand out.

Clusters removed whole
Farms do not arrive one at a time. When a group shared submission timing and account patterns, the whole group came off the list together.

Verified wallets only
The mint allowlist is built from wallets that connected and signed on our verify page. A signature costs nothing, but it proves a person holds the key.
We would rather open the gates for a few thousand real people than inflate a number for a screenshot. If a key reached your wallet, a human put it there on purpose.
Vote to earn
After mint, your hero becomes a vote. Heropolis holders call other NFT projects one of two ways, and the roster's verdict goes public.

One hero, one vote
Access is read straight from the chain. Every hero in your wallet is worth exactly one vote, so five heroes cast five.

The meter moves live
Votes tally into a public bull meter per project, so anyone can read the room before they ape in.

Every vote banks points
Voting earns points toward later reward rounds. You stop hunting allowlists one Discord at a time.

Nothing leaves your wallet
You sign a message to prove the wallet is yours.
Votes are sentiment, not advice. The meter shows what the roster thinks. What you do with that is on you.

Connect the wallet holding your key and sign one message. It is free, there is no gas, no approval and no transaction. Unverified keys do not make the mint list.
The mint is free. Any collection asking you to pay is not us. We never send first DMs and we never post mint links in replies. Official links come from heropolis.xyz and our X account only.
